At Toolify, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product according to the following guidelines:

Return policy

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision.

Conditions for returns

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging.
• You must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If the refund is approved, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
